Refund policy

Our 90-Day Money-Back Promise

We built NIWA for skin that has tried everything — so the risk of trying stays ours. Use the full ritual for 90 days from delivery, through at least two full cycles. If your skin isn't calmer, write us one email and we refund your full purchase price.

• No questions. One email to hello@niwaskin.com with your order number is enough.
• No return shipping. You do not need to send the products back for the 90-day promise.
• Full refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Scope and fair use

The 90-day promise applies to your first order of each product and to one ritual set per customer and household. It does not cover orders purchased through third parties, or repeated refund claims across multiple orders. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

If you use an Auto-Refill subscription, you can pause, skip or cancel at any time in your account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect for the next unbilled renewal. Individual renewal shipments are covered by the same 90-day promise.

How to request a refund

Email hello@niwaskin.com from the address used at checkout, include your order number (e.g. #1001), and tell us briefly that you'd like to use the 90-day promise. We confirm within 2 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have in your country of residence.
