Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and the European Union. If your country is not listed at checkout, write us at hello@niwaskin.com — we may be able to help.

Costs

Shipping is free on every ritual box. For single products, shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Express options, where available, are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 pm (store time) on business days are dispatched the same day; all other orders ship the next business day.
• Delivery estimates: United States 3–6 business days · United Kingdom 2–4 business days · European Union 3–6 business days · Canada and Australia 5–10 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, customs checks and peak periods can add time. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside the country of dispatch, import duties, taxes or brokerage fees may be charged by your local authorities. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address and failed delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or missed pickup, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply. If you notice an address error after ordering, email us as soon as possible — we can usually correct it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact hello@niwaskin.com. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund where appropriate.
